Jouez, Je Suis à Vous

Présenté depuis 2008 dans le monde entier, "Play Me, I’m Yours"  est un projet de l’artiste anglais Luke Jerram. Plus de 1200 pianos ont été installés dans 43 villes de par le monde, de New York à Santiago, avec cette simple invitation : Jouez, je suis à vous ! Le projet a atteint plus de quatre millions de personnes et chaque nouvelle ville rejoint un héritage commun grandissant.

La Ville de Luxembourg et le Luxembourg City Tourist Office ont le plaisir d’annoncer la première édition du projet artistique international “Play Me, I’m Yours“ à Luxembourg du 7 au 21 juin 2014.  Seize de pianos, dont un mobile, ont été installés dans les rues, lieux touristiques, quartiers populaires et les parcs de la capitale luxembourgeoise afin d’égayer l’espace public pour les habitants et les visiteurs. Chaque piano a été décoré et embelli par des participants issus du monde associatif, artistique ou éducatif. Au cours de ces deux semaines, tous les passants peuvent improviser spontanément des micro-concerts, qu’ils soient musiciens amateurs ou professionnels.  Vous pouvez télécharger un guide et une carte ici. Après la clôture de l'événement, les pianos seront offerts à des organismes à but non lucratif, des écoles, des associations ou des institutions publiques.

Play Me, I’m Yours ist ein partizipatives Kunstprojekt, das vom Künstler Luke Jerram ins Leben gerufen wurde und seit 2008 international auf Tournee ist. Über 1200 Straßenklaviere wurden mittlerweile in 45 Städten weltweit mit dem Aufruf “Play Me, I’m Yours!” aufgestellt. Dabei wurden vier Millionen Menschen erreicht. Und jede neu mitwirkende Stadt unterstützt dabei das globalisierte Kunstwerk und die Vernetzung von Klavierfreunden.

Die Stadt Luxemburg und das Luxembourg City Tourist Office freuen sich, die erste Ausgabe des internationalen Kunstprojektes “Play Me, I’m Yours” vom 7. bis zum 21. Juni 2014 in Luxemburg willkommen zu heißen. Sechzehn Straßenklaviere, davon ein mobiles, wurden in den öffentlichen Plätzen der Hauptstadt Luxemburg aufgestellt, um deren Einwohnern, Besuchern und Touristen Freude zu bereiten. Ob in Parkanlagen, auf Straßen oder großen freien Flächen, die Klaviere können während den zwei Wochen von jedem spontan gespielt werden und werden für eine lockere und freundliche Atmosphäre sorgen. Sie können hier eine Liste der Klaviere und eine Karte mit den verschiedenen Orten herunterladen. Alle Klaviere wurden von Jugendhäusern, Vereinen, Schulen und Kulturhäusern dekoriert. Nach Abschluss des Projektes werden die Klaviere an Schulen, Vereine und soziale Einrichtungen verschenkt.

Touring internationally since 2008, Play Me, I’m Yours is an artwork by artist Luke Jerram. More than 1200 pianos have now been installed in 43 cities across the globe, from New York to Santiago, bearing the simple invitation Play Me, I’m Yours. The project has already reached more than four million people worldwide.

The City of Luxembourg and the Luxembourg City Tourist Office presented Play Me, I’m Yours for its very first edition in Luxembourg from 7 to 21 June 2014. 16 street pianos – one of them mobile – invaded public spaces across Luxembourg’s capital city bringing joy to both inhabitants and visitors. The street pianos, decorated by youth community groups and schools, were located in municipal parks, streets and squares for anyone to play and enjoy, thus creating a participatory and spontaneous ambiance! Amateurs as well as professional musicians were welcome to improvise micro-concerts.
